A75 CRM Helper Privacy Policy

A75 CRM Helper is an internal browser extension for Agency75 CRM operators. It supports review-first intake capture, CRM enrichment context, missing-field review, scanner-style candidate review, and human-approved social draft assistance.

The extension does not sell user data, does not show advertising, does not auto-create CRM records, does not auto-send messages, and does not auto-post social comments.

Data We May Process

The extension may process information only when an authenticated operator uses the helper, opens the side panel, runs a scan, selects text, clicks a visible AI Reply button, or approves a CRM action.

Personal and CRM identity data

Names, profile URLs, bylines, company names, job titles, emails, phone numbers, addresses, social links, CRM record IDs, and CRM enrichment fields.

Visible website content

Selected text, visible post or comment text, visible commenter names, page title, current page URL, public profile/company content, and links visible on the active page.

Operator activity in the extension

Scanner settings, candidate review status, draft review actions, extension action receipts, CRM API connection/session status, and sanitized active browser tab title/URL for admin live-session visibility.

Limited business and location fields

Company revenue band, registration/tax identifiers, company address/location, contact/company notes, and other CRM fields that operators choose to review or save.

Data We Do Not Collect Or Store

CRM passwords, PINs, security-question answers, or reviewer credentials.
OAuth refresh tokens, provider API keys, cookies, or raw CSRF tokens.
Health information.
Credit card numbers, payment card data, or payment transaction history.
Hidden page content.
Full browsing history. Admin live-session visibility stores only the current active tab title/URL reported by the installed helper, with query strings and fragments removed.
Background keystroke logging, password capture, or mouse-position tracking.
Page contents from active-tab monitoring unless the operator separately runs an explicit helper scan or capture workflow.

Where Data Is Sent

Extension data is sent only to configured Agency75 CRM/BixiCRM API origins for authenticated CRM workflows.

AI, enrichment, search, crawl, and connector provider secrets are resolved by backend CRM helpers. They are not embedded in extension JavaScript.

Human Approval Boundary

The extension may queue, summarize, draft, notify, and fill review surfaces. A human operator must approve CRM writes and social replies.

No automatic email, WhatsApp, SMS, dialer, or social sending.
No automatic final post, publish, submit, send, like, follow, or connect action.
No automatic contact/company creation.
No automatic AI suggestion acceptance.
No automatic update to sensitive persona fields.

Local Storage

The extension may use Chrome local storage for workspace settings, scanner configuration, pinned CRM targets, local candidate snapshots, draft state, rejected candidate keys for the active run, and extension receipts. This data supports the operator workflow and is not used for advertising.

Data Sharing

A75 CRM Helper does not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or data brokers. Data is used only to provide Agency75 CRM helper functionality, operator review, CRM enrichment, and draft assistance.
